Immerse yourself in authentic Southern charm and experience the warm hospitality of The Cottage at Northgate. Surrounded by 12 lush acres and boasting 9,000 sq. ft., this one-of-a-kind venue features a variety of event spaces, meeting rooms, and offices for rent by the hour, day, month or year. Guests and tenants alike feel right at home as they enjoy the talented work of West Virginia artisans. The bird’s eye balcony makes time stand still while taking in blooming landscapes and breathing fresh mountain air.

Spaces

FOR EVERY NEED

Reserve a room or the entire venue to conduct your event needs. Each room is described below along with it's capacity. All have a look and feel uniquely their own all the while tied together with The Cottage's modern farmhouse aesthetic.

*The event space at The Cottage is primarily on the second floor of the building which can only be accessed by stairs at this time. We believe it is important to provide an environment that is accessible for all, so plans are underway to install an elevator. Updates will be communicated here and on all of our platforms.

Available rooms include:

Honeysuckle Hall

The perfect space for a large business meeting or your next big event! Bridal showers,
retirement parties, and presentations. This room is not only gorgeous, but versatile. We can arrange the tables to fit your needs and we encourage guests to wander out onto the front deck for a breath of fresh air that comes with a view! This room can seat up to 80 and up to 150 for a networking event can easily fit for a roaming event.

Making Mooves Room

This one-of-a-kind conference room is perfect for board meetings, brainstorming sessions, presentations, and more! Complete with a floor-to-ceiling projector screen, plush chairs, and lots of character, this room can inspire productivity for up to 15 people.

The Heritage Room

A simple, quiet nook that is ideal for private meetings and gatherings among small teams.
Located on the second floor, this classic space is designed to foster meaningful collaboration for up to 8 people.

The Magnolia Lounge

An intimate sun lit den with the perfect natural light to add inspiration to your next small
meeting or get-together. This room can sit 4 - 6 people and is conveniently located on the
ground floor of The Cottage.

The Fireside Chat

A great addition to any event at The Cottage, this room is cozy and inspires conversation. We recommend Fireside Chats, located on the second floor, for one-on-one meetings or as extra mingling space during larger events.

The Grasshopper

A fun, activity-filled space for your children to play while you enjoy your meeting or party, The Grasshopper is a safe hangout complete with toys, books, and crafts to keep the little ones entertained.

$750 The Whole Package:

This includes are entire event space- Honeysuckle Hall, Making Mooves Room, Heritage Room, Fireside Chat, and our spacious front deck! The Whole package is a 4 hour with a complimentary hour to set up for your event. Need additional time? Add on price: $100/hour

MEETING PRICING (2-hour minimum)

Making Mooves: $100/hr
Heritage Room: $50/hr
Magnolia Lounge: $50/hr
Fireside Chat: $50/hr

*Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are provided. Access to the kitchen, and back porch is included. Alcoholic beverages including providing, serving, and liability are the renter's responsibility. Please ask us for catering recommendations.
