Immerse yourself in authentic Southern charm and experience the warm hospitality of The Cottage at Northgate. Surrounded by 12 lush acres and boasting 9,000 sq. ft., this one-of-a-kind venue features a variety of event spaces, meeting rooms, and offices for rent by the hour, day, month or year. Guests and tenants alike feel right at home as they enjoy the talented work of West Virginia artisans. The bird’s eye balcony makes time stand still while taking in blooming landscapes and breathing fresh mountain air.

FOR EVERY NEED

Reserve a room or the entire venue to conduct your event needs. Each room is described below along with it's capacity. All have a look and feel uniquely their own all the while tied together with The Cottage's modern farmhouse aesthetic

*The event space at The Cottage is primarily on the second floor of the building which can only be accessed by stairs at this time. We believe it is important to provide an environment that is accessible for all, so plans are underway to install an elevator. Updates will be communicated here and on all of our platforms.

EVENT PRICING

$750 The Whole Package:

This includes are entire event space- Honeysuckle Hall, Making Mooves Room, Heritage Room, Fireside Chat, and our spacious front deck! The Whole package is a 4 hour with a complimentary hour to set up for your event. Need additional time? Add on price: $100/hour

MEETING PRICING (2-hour minimum)

  • Making Mooves: $100/hr

  • Heritage Room: $50/hr

  • Magnolia Lounge: $50/hr

  • Fireside Chat: $50/hr

OTHER DETAILS

Add any of our rooms to your booking for a one-time fee per room:

Et Cetera

*Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are provided. Access to the kitchen, and back porch is included. Alcoholic beverages including providing, serving, and liability are the renter's responsibility. Please ask us for catering recommendations.
